Free Recipe Paalak Paneer

 

 

Paalak Paneer

Ingredients:
2 onion chopped
250gms paneer( cut it in one square inch pieces)
2 bunches spinach(chopped)
2 cloves garlic paste
1 piece ginger paste
2 green chillies chopped
2 tomatoes(chopped)
2 tablespoon ghee
1/2 tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon flour( makki ka aata)
oil for frying
salt to taste

Method:-

Put Paalak in a cooker and cook till one whistle. Cool and make its puree.
Heat oil, Fry paneer pieces golden brown.

Heat two tablespoon of oil in a sauce pan and saute onion, garlic(lahsun) ginger(adrak) and green chillies
with corn flour, red chilli and salt. Fry for 3-4 minutes, add paalak puree and let it boil on low heat.

Add paneer. After two minutes remove the pan from heat.

Paalak Paneer is ready to serve.
